F.V. Products is a family run business founded in 1972. F.V. products is named after the founder Mr. Federico Velarde as this was the first food distribution company run and owned by a hispanic family in the area. 

Since then, the business has opened its doors to local restaurants and taco shops with the mission to provide these businesses with fresh products of the best quality. The company prides itself on having "grade A products and grade A service." 

The team at F.V. Products searches all over the west coast to find the best for our customers. For example, the cheese comes from Washington, the beans from Canada, tomatoes come from Baja California. We don't stop until we find the quality of product that we know our local businesses need to serve their restuarants. We are constantly doing our homework to provide you with the best products available. We deliver everywhere in the San Diego County from Camp Pendleton, down to South Bay and out east to Alpine, F.V. The warehouse which is located in the heart of Barrio Logan, consists of an office, two coolers, one freezer, and large general storage areas. The coolers and freezer enable optimal temperatures to ensure that our products are stored properly to pass and maintain the F.V. Product quality standard.
